Ms. Sash was named by Super Lawyers as a 2013 New York Metro Rising Star. She is an experienced commercial litigator with a strong and varied background in handling complex business and contract disputes and employment related matters for both small and large businesses, as well as for individuals. She regularly counsels and litigates on behalf of business clients on a wide range of legal issues, and represents major corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts (at both the trial and appellate levels) and in administrative forums. Ms. Sash has particular expertise in employment matters, including FLSA and wage and hour issues, in both individual and class actions. She routinely advises business clients on their employment policies and practices, restrictive covenants, severance and separation agreements and complicated personnel matters. Ms. Sash also regularly negotiates on behalf of executive level individuals in the financial and other corporate sectors, who are entering into employment or separation arrangements with their employers.
